Independent 100 m² apartment on the ground floor of a large house, with private terrace and courtyard. Parking is available, and you can store bicycles or motorbikes in a secure garage. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a Bluetooth mini hi-fi system. The spacious living room features a 106 cm TV. Bedroom 1 has a 160x200 cm bed with dual electric adjustable bases and remote control. Bedroom 2 offers a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. The bathroom includes a large shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI is available. Arlay is a village in the heart of the Jura vineyards, 5 km from the Desnes lake leisure area, 35–40 km from the lakes of the first plateau, and 60 km from the Jura mountains. The accommodation is peaceful, 500 meters from the Arlay state forest, making it an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, mountain biking, or cycling on quiet country roads. The region also offers varied landscapes for scenic motorbike rides. I live on site and know the area well, and will gladly advise you on all these activities. For your convenience, the gîte is a ten-minute walk from the village shops. Guests are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
